Allow the crepes to defrost in the refrigerator or reheat them either in the microwave or foil wrapped in the oven. Besides presenting them as single crepes, try presenting them in rolls, triangles or pouches, even creating an original cake of your own, by placing them on top of each other, adding the ingredients of your choice between and around layers. You can also use the crepes to replace bread in a special toast or wrap variation, assorted with cold cuts & cheese.
